3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have authorization to connect ad accounts
• Configuring alert thresholds appropriately for your needs

4. Auto-Pause Feature

The auto-pause feature is optional and user-configured. While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee that campaigns will always be paused exactly at the specified threshold. You remain responsible for monitoring your ad spend.

5. Limitation of Liability

AdGuard Budget Monitor is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any overspend, missed alerts, or other damages arising from the use of our service.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
